b.       Culling is not allowed by MN law

c.        Multiple species of fish can be scored in one night

d.       Dead fish will receive ˝ points

                                                               i.      In the event a competitor catches a fish too big for their live well they must either find a fellow competitors boat and have the fish’s length verified before release or if this is not possible take a digital picture of the fish on a tape measure with a time and date stamp

e.        Competitors will be penalized 1 point/minute they are late for measure in. Can only be penalized down to 0 points.

5)       Live wells must be inspected by another team before you begin fishing.  If you arrive at an event late you must find another competitor out on the lake to have them inspect your live well and verify your entry before you begin fishing.

6)       Entry fees will be collected at the launch ramp before departure.

7)       Competitors are to return to the launch ramp at the first sign of lightning.  If we are forced to cancel an event due to weather and have passed the ˝ way point, the person who is in the lead at the time we cancel will be declared the winner.  If we have not yet reached the ˝ way point all moneys will be returned to competitors.

8)    All fishing spots, and techniques must be shared with fellow league members after each event if asked.  This information is not to be disseminated outside of the league unless express permission is given to do so.  This is to improve the skill of everyone in the league, not to make your secret spots and techniques public knowledge.

9)       This is a friendly competition so follow the rules, don’t cheat, and we will all have a good time.
